[c-nsp] 802.1q VLANs > 1000 on Cat 5500

I'm working on a trunked ether connection to another AS, and they wish to
use VLAN IDs > 1000 for private connections. I've enabled "set spantree
macreduction enable", and get a message back saying that VLANs 1-4095 are
available.

However, vlan/port/trunk configuration commands all still show (and
enforce) VLAN IDs between 1 and 1005. The RSMs also only allow interface
VLANs as high as 1000 to be configured.

This is on a Supervisor-III with CatOS 6.4(9).

What am I missing?

Thanks,
Rick
