Could this be a high reverse telnet line? Not sure what numbers they
start at on a 7200, but that'd be the 98th line on a 2500. 'Sh line'
should tell you...

Subject: [c-nsp] 2099/tcp (h2250-annex-g)
Hi List,
Is there a way I can shut the service running on tcp port 2099 on my
router? I've already tried the ff commands:
'no gateway'
'no voice service [voip | vofr | voatm | pots]'
'gatekeeper <cr> shut'
'no service udp-small-servers'
'no service tcp-small-servers'
And.. No luck. :)
I'm running: "IOS (tm) 7200 Software (C7200-JS-M), Version 12.3(1a)".
Thanks,
Roy
