Hi

Is there some issue in a 7604 router with respect to counters on a
Channelized E1 interface. Despite seeing traffic through the interface,
there are input/output counters in the interface. Also when the link goes
down, the interface doesnt seem to go down. Pls let us know if any one else
has faced the issue
