[c-nsp] What are people using to monitor QoS??

Hello.  I am researching a way to monitor QoS - other than manually
observing the interface queues or watching for congestion with mrtg.  We
are in the process of rolling out an end-to-end QoS infrastructure, and
I would like a way to monitor when QoS has kicked in and to verify that
the "important" traffic has been tagged correctly.
 
Does anyone have any QoS monitoring solutions?  Any feedback would
greatly be appreciated.
