[c-nsp] Full throughput on FTP session not available

Could be a few different reasons.  What is this '3mb link'?  If it's
dual T1s, I'd guess per-destination load balancing.  What is the
round-trip ping time?  What routers are being used, and what do the
interface configs look like?

Hello ,
I have a 3 Mbps link from point A to point B .  I am trying to download
70
mb file through ftp . When i try to download the same through a single
ftp
session its not giving me full 3 Mbps throughput . I am using a cisco
router
on both end . Pls suggest
