	CDP is not recommded unless one is using ODR in a cisco-only networks
(i dont really see a need to use this though)...

Guys,

	Deferred frame counts are simply the number of times that the
switch tried to put a frame on the wire, and the medium was busy.  I
believe those deferred will be re-tried after a random backoff period.
As you can see, there are no output drops, so I wouldn't worry about it.
I think that frame will just sit in the TX ring for a few more
microseconds  Check out:
