[c-nsp] RPR+ on Cisco 7513

Thank you all for your feed back on RPR.  At this point, I have loaded 
the code suggested by many, 12.0(27)S4, running SSO, not RPR and I am 
still not able to get this working.  When I force the switch over from 
one RSP to the other, I get this error on the new Master RSP:
