[c-nsp] error message on SFP blade

Please advise if yoou have seen or dealt with the following error on a 6509
with sup720 running a couple 6748-sfp blades...IOS is
s72033-advipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-18.SXE1.bin

error is as follows...any help would be great!!
