%SYS-2-CHUNKBADMAGIC: -Process= BGP Scanner, ipl= 0, pid=

We have not been able to reproduce the problem and verify a fix, but you
could try to disable bgp route-map cache by configuring

 router bgp $ASN
  no bgp route-map-cache

The problem looks to be "cosmetic", i.e. it has, apart from the annoying
error messages, no adverse impact on the router's operation.
