[c-nsp] CCO problem

I'm with Hank on this one. Their old search engine was awful and their
new one is only marginally better. I also get better results by using
Google directly.

That's weird.  Ever since Cisco started using Google internally, I've
found it to work real well.  The old one was terrible though...
