[c-nsp] Pix can't ping PC

Basic troubleshooting procedures suggest that you should investigate ARP
tables on both devices and perhaps utilise a network sniffer (or monitor
their ports on the switch and watch for the appropriate traffic).

The configuration mistake is probably in a part that you consider
correct beyond doubt and thus did not include in your e-mail to the
list...
