[c-nsp] Catalyst 2900/3500 with Cisco 2509/2511 Console Access

I have been trying to get some Catalyst 2900/3500 switches to work with a
Cisco 2511 console router.  The routers (3600/7200) all work fine (std
9600,n,8,1) but when I try to reverse telnet connect to a catalyst it never
makes a connection (it will try and then timeout after about 10-15 seconds).
I have tried to do google searches, tech notes, sample configs but to no
avail.  Is there something I am missing here.  Its a problem with multiple
routers and switches cable sets etc so its not just 1 bad connection.  Any
configs, tips, links is appreciated.
