The 4500 series will handle 32k Mac addresses if I remember correctly. I
would recommend the WS-X4306-GB 6 port card. It's non-blocking and can
handle jumbo frames on all ports. If you just want to switch then the Sup
2+ will probably do what you need. Then you could consider Sup redundancy
with the 4507 chassis...
Also, I would concur with others' comments about broadcast domains. 2
VLAN's with 20k hosts is a recipe for disaster regardless of the switch.
