[c-nsp] Issue with Multilink PPP when going from 12.3T to 12.2S

Is this from the 75xx or the other side. What is the other side
of the bundle.

Please provide 'sh ppp mul' and make sure dCEF is on for the 75xx.

It's pretty near impossible to tell the full difference in the
switching paths between 12.3T and 12.2S (what version of
12.2S by the way?).
