[c-nsp] 7206VXR Crashing on BGP full feed

It is possible this is a software bug but it's very very unlikely.

I recognize this value: 0xAB1234CE.

It should be AB1234CD. You have a single bit flip so I'd put
my money on memory.

I've seen single bit flips be software before but only about twice
in 8 years.
