Justin,

One thing to keep in mind is that the 'oam-pvc manage' feature covers
ground that is beyond the scope of FRF.8.  The spec only covers IWF
functions pertaining to the handling of OAM AIS and OAM RDI, it says
nothing about OAM loopback cells.  So, if you use any argument to 'oam-pvc
manage' other than 0, the only document governing whether it works is the
carrier's TSD.
