[c-nsp] Cisco QoS on ATM subinterfaces

I'm playing with priority queueing for voice packets on cisco 827 adsl and
PA-A3 cards downstream to adsl circuits.  In every case, trying to apply
a priority group to an atm interface or subinterface results in errors.
It seems that Cisco expects you do to ubr or cbr or abr on separate PVCs
and that's it.  For those trying to do voice and internet over the same
IP pvc, is there any hope?
