[c-nsp] 2900XL <---> 3560G link problem

Hello list,

We've connected a Cisco 2900XL to a 3560G switch using a crosscable. When
we set both port configurations to "speed 100 duplex full" the link goes
down and does not come up anymore. No trunking or any other configuration
other than "switchport mode access" is configured.

Any clues?
