[c-nsp] SIP-200, 8-port T1/E1 and MLPPP

Hello,

Can anyone clear my confusion with [distributed] MLPPP and SIP-200 with
8-port T1/E1 SPAs? Configuration guide states that MLPPP will be
implemented in hardware if all the links are on the same SPA. And what
if not? Will MLPPP run on the SIP's CPU or at supervisor's?
