You say "MPLS migration", but do you really mean that you are converting
from an L2 circuit-based WAN to a service provider L3VPN service that is
enabled via MPLS in the provider network?

If so, then you need to ask your provider whether or not Internet access is
part of the capability of their L3VPN offering.  For many, it's not.
