[c-nsp] Cisco 2811 and 6506+SUP32 - memory upgrade

The 2811 takes CL2.5 Unbuffered ECC DDR 184 pin DIMMS, i've read
somewhere. I can confirm if this is true in few days. There are some
diagrams on cisco.com that sugggest that the base 256MB is on the board
and two 256MB DIMMS are accepted as upgrades, but I cannot seem to find
that file just now.

I will post the Micron / Crucial part number if it works.
