[c-nsp] 6500 - wrong fan tray?

We have a Sup720-3BXL here with a 6500 chassis and "normal" (rather than
high speed) fan tray. When powered on, what should be the expected
behaviour? Will the Sup720 give a friendly error message that the fan
tray needs upgrading?
