[c-nsp] Session Border Controllers - Deployment

If the SBC supports NAT/routing then you could make it the default route
for the metaswitch.  Typically an SBC is an application level proxy which
proxies SIP packets and RTP packets.  It may do authentication on the SIP
registrations as well.
