On the regular subscribe link there should be options for:

- PRINT Edition (plus "Reader Tip supplement") 
- PRINT & DIGITAL Edition (plus "Reader Tip supplement") 

Choose digital, on the bottom choose term length and submit without CC info
and it should work.
