core-1#dir disk0:

core-1#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CNTL/Z.
core-1(config)# boot system 
disk0:s72033-advipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-18.SXF2.bin
core-1(config)#^Z
core-1#wr mem

replace disk0: with bootflash: or disk1: or whatever as appropriate
