[c-nsp] Bonding ADSL

I think MLPPP is a much better option than BGP (or any routing  
protocol, for that matter) in this environment as bonding is what  
MLPPP was designed for.  Perhaps working with the folks here to get  
your MLPPP configuration working could be an idea.
