It probably doesn't exist. Note that "service unsupported-transceiver" is
a fairly recent addition, it didn't exist at all before IOS SXE (after
enough people complained about this asinine policy apparently). If you
wanted to run 3rd party SFPs or XENPAKs in say SXD, you were SOL.
