[c-nsp] Cat3750 to Netgear GSM7224 -- solved

[James Sneeringer]

Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions. The solution that worked ended
up being to disable auto MDI-X on one end. After doing that the switches
linked right up with a straight cable.
