DOM is mostly optics matter, but the current Cisco 6500/7600 linecards
does not have capability to read the DOM data from SFP-s.

e.g.:

Mod Ports Card Type Model Serial
No.
--- ----- -------------------------------------- ------------------
   5 2 Supervisor Engine 720 (Active) WS-SUP720-BASE ....
   7 24 CEF720 24 port 1000mb SFP WS-X6724-SFP ....
   9 4 CEF720 4 port 10-Gigabit Ethernet WS-X6704-10GE ....

If device is externally calibrated, only calibrated values are printed.
++ : high alarm, +  : high warning, -  : low warning, -- : low alarm.
NA or N/A: not applicable, Tx: transmit, Rx: receive.
mA: milliamperes, dBm: decibels (milliwatts).

                                          Optical Optical
Temperature Voltage Current Tx Power Rx Power
Port (Celsius) (Volts) (mA) (dBm) (dBm)
------- ----------- ------- -------- -------- --------
Te9/1 39.1 0.00 7.9 -0.9 -9.4

However we have 4 DOM capable SFP in the WS-X6724 above.

According to Cisco:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/modules/ps5455/products_device_support_table09186a00804b6f90.html

As you can see: SFP-s are supported in SPA-based routers....
