[c-nsp] framed-ip-address missing?

Hi!

I have 2 7200-NGE-G1. I used the c7200-is-mz.122-31.SB2.bin IOS.

Today I upgraded one of them to c7200-g4js-mz.124-10b.bin.

When a user logged in (vpdn), the old IOS (122-31) send the
Frame-IP-Address attributum to the Radius server on the start account
packet.

The new IOS (124-10b) doesn't send this attributum. When i dumped the
traffic, i saw the old IOS send the Framed-IP-Address after the
Framed-Protocoll and before User-Name, but the new send the
Framed-IP-Address and the User-Name only, Framed-IP-Address was missing
between them. But the stop account packet contain the Framed-IP-Address
with all IOS.

The config is same:

aaa accounting network default start-stop group radius
radius-server host xxxxxx auth-port 1812 acct-port 1813
radius-server key xxxxxxxx
radius-server vsa send accounting
radius-server vsa send authentication
