I don't know about the original poster's bandwidth/packet rate requirements,
but I believe a 7200 with NPE-G2 could manage quite a number of typical
customer 100M connections (in my experience, customers do not usually flat
out their links 24/7).
Also, since he is already using 7200's, and, if I understand him correctly,
running out of physical ports, just adding switches would be a practical,
easy solution.
I almost agree with Kristian , the 7600s is pretty much the only option ,

I like the 7600's. Robust and scalable. They're a completely different
beast from 7200, however, so it would be a major design thing to replace the
current 7200's with them (depending on the OP's setup, of course).
