[c-nsp] GLC-T sfp problem

Sorry for misinformation, one of my colleagues already noticed me that
in some (new) hardware is possible 10/100/1000 operation. As I found,
best place to found operational mode of GLC-T in certain hardware is
"Cisco Gigabit Ethernet Transceiver Modules Compatibility Matrix" at
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/modules/ps5455/products_device_support_table09186a0080446625.html

There can be found where is supported 10/100/1000 operation. I have only
hardware allowing 1000Base-T only (WS-X67xx, Sup720..) and also GLC-T
has full name "1000BASE-T SFP transceiver", which supported my mistake.

Regards,
Daniel
