[c-nsp] Multiple T1 IMA / Channelized DS3

Does the Telco Systems EdgeLink100 T1/E1 include an A/B side for redundant
DC power?  I couldn't discern that from the spec sheet.

We've been recommended (and installed) the Adtran series of products.
