[c-nsp] Cisco 2811 and WIC-1DSU-T1.

I'm not sure i'd say better all the time, i had a recent issue where i
had a circuit work in v1 card but not on a V2 card the v2 have less of
a tolerance for poor wiring and some smartjack configs.
