[c-nsp] EoMPLS between 7600 & 7200 config clarification

I've setup port mode between a RSP720 SXC to a 6500 SUP720 SXH and it
worked fine. The lack of VPLS support on the 6500/7600 without an
expensive upstream linecard is a huge oversight imho.
