Check 'mls qos' is enabled globally on the switch (sh mls qos).
If this is a production network, bear in mind that enabling mls qos (if
it isn't already enabled) will impact packets traversing the switch,
including marking of packets from untrusted ports to DSCP 0 by default -
the command reference for your IOS version will outline the other
defaults.
Also verify the policy is attached correctly (sh policy-map int gi x/y).
Can anyone else verify that the 3750 behaves itself with an ingress
policy which only contains class-default?
