Nope, the Cat6K has many more applications. Here are some differences
between the two platforms:
1) Cat6K is <= 80G, N7000 >= 80G per slot
2) Cat6K does POE, N7000 does not
3) Cat6k does not do Fibre Channel, N7000 can and is designed to from
day-1
4) Cat6k has the feature-rich IOS, N7000 has NX-OS which has Data
Center targeted features. NX-OS is fully modular designed in day-1.
5) Cat6k will support more blade options than N7000
6) Cat6k used for 1GE density, N7000 for 10GE density.
There are many more, but this gives you an idea.
