[c-nsp] OT: Ethernet over DS3 or OC3 bridge

We've done very well with the Zhone (formerly Paradyne, formerly
Net-to-Net) DNE 4500-P-6.  Handles 6 ds3/fastether flawlessly.  They're
available on the used market at an excellent price point with enough
digging, but it doesn't appear on quick perusal that Zhone is still
producing them.
