Assunto: [c-nsp] 4 port ISE Giga CARD problem

Hi, Guys.
A new card(4 port ISE gigaethernet) couldn't go online, everytime
stopped
at starting IOS.
I tried reload the slot soft/hard, but it didn't work. Here is the
diags.
I didn't see the "memory part" in the diags so i think it's memory
problem, maybe on-site
engineer didn't get it placed right.
   Any ideas will be appriceated.
