On older IOS, MLPPP doesn't support CEF switching of tagged packets
(MPLS)...so if you're running an MPLS network and all traffic (not just
MPLS VPN) is being tag-switched, MLPPP can suck. Workarounds are to
upgrade IOS or reconfigure things such that only VPN traffic is
tag-switched.
