[c-nsp] instabilities with SXI2?

We've had SXI2 non-modular running on a VSS system now for 10 days.
No problems yet.

(Crosses fingers, fingers rabbits foot, etc.)

(You don't get IPv6 on VSS until SXI2, and that is critical for us.)
