No, It didn't do any good :(

Right now this is my config:
!
vlan 200
 name ipTV1
!
vlan 201
 name ipTV2
!
...
!
interface Vlan200
 ip address 10.201.0.2 255.255.255.0
 ip igmp snooping querier
 shutdown
end
!
interface Vlan201
 ip address 10.201.1.2 255.255.255.0
 ip igmp snooping querier
 shutdown
end

A switch linked with ME6500 by a trunk still receive all the active iptv 
traffic, even if the above vlans are not even present on his config.
