[c-nsp] QoS & sub-interfaces

Hi, evereone!

We have to share our summary bandwidth in equal parts between 5 customers.
Network contains border router (br, 7206VXR) and 3 backbone switches (bbsw,
3750).


Could you please clarify are any limitations exists to configure QoS
features (shaping/policing) on dot1q sub-interfaces?
And, according to best practice, where is the write place to shape a traffic
- on br or bbsws?
