[c-nsp] confreg 0x42 on a Sup32

Hi there,

Not much out there on this for the Sup32. But since the Sup32 is a upgraded
MSFC2, will the config register ³0x42² bypass the config?
Someone borked up the aaa auth and I can't get into it.  Bah.
