I vaguely recall a major limitation in the 6148 cards: not only is the 
card limited by only 6 1Gbps controllers, I believe EtherChannel traffic 
is mirrored across all 6 1Gbps controllers and therefore 1Gbps of EC 
traffic will max the card.
