Actually, there is.  You cannot run line rate at small packet sizes between 
ports 1&2 or 3&4, because the ASIC doesn't have enough horsepower to do 
this.  You can run line rate @64 byte packets if you go over the fabric, 
though.  And things get more interesting when you start doing funky stuff 
with mpls and recirculation and all that.
