It works on a nexus 7000:
interface Ethernet1/1
vrf member vpc
ip address 192.168.0.0/31
no shutdown

For the purposes of 'sh ip route' maybe.. Routing happens correctly
for 192.168.0.0/31; it's just that the output of 'sh ip route' could
be improved.
