[c-nsp] 7604 Router with FastEthernet ports

I have been asked to use a 7604 with the following spec to set up an
Ethernet based WAN link:

What I would like to know is:
1> Do all the 48 Fast Ethernet ports work at full wire speed? (I think
they should, given that similar setup on the 6500 does but just wanted
to be sure).
2> Do the FastEthernet ports provide full routing features just like
say a DS3 WAN port would?
