Sounds like you need to be communicating more with your 
colleagues :-).

This "Ethernet-to-Ethernet" thing just sounds like another 
fuss marketing term for some kind of Ethernet NNI setup. How 
you actually do it will depend on your control/data plane of 
choice (as well as your partners'):

	- MPLS
	- 802.1Q
	- L2TPv3

Getting standard implementations between vendors for 
anything other 802.1Q may be difficult in this area, but you 
should spend more time with your partner working out the 
details.
