[c-nsp] Server Load Balancer - Cisco vs Brocade vs F5

Not knowing what the intended traffic type is -
you left out Barracuda and NetScalers which perform great and are at
opposite ends of the financial spectrum.

Don't just look at the 3 you mentioned.
